Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (name, address, e-mail) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:
Goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear).
Custom-made or personalized products.
Refund policy (voluntary)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the following:
Items can be returned up to 30 days after receipt if they are unwashed, unworn and in original condition.
Sale items are excluded from exchange.
You will receive your money back via the original payment method or, if you wish, a voucher.
